Living my best life in Oklahoma with my husband, our dogs, and happily living very close to some of the grandkids, who keep me wide eyed and alert at all times. I’m constantly stalking social media for the best tips and tricks and lighting to give me that youthful, dewy glow (Ha!), as well as carving out time in my day to catch an hour or so of my favorite reality TV shows or maybe even a power nap(that fountain of youth thing again). And, of course, reading books I love and writing them as well.
What I’m looking for in my ideal reader match:
I hope you love emotional romance that’ll sweep you away and make you care deeply about characters and their lives. And you have to have a sense of humor, because life is messy. My characters mix it up, and are sometimes mixed up about how they actually feel. But there’s passion and lots of it, and the bedroom door stays wide open. There’s usually family and friends and cooking and lots of laughs. Oh, and don’t be surprised if there’s a dog—or two. Sometimes more than that.
What to expect if we’re compatible:
- Complex characters with complicated pasts because none of us are perfect.
- Family and friends who oftentimes end up with their own story in another book. Yay!
- Emotion mixed with some angst. And sexytimes! Also maybe a few tears.
- Lots of joy and happily ever afters (there’s ALWAYS a happily ever after).
- Frequent pictures of my dogs on Instagram (I can’t help it).
