We are lucky enough to own a houseboat in the sea on the Isle of Wight. We use it when we can and also rent it out as a holiday rental. It’s our happy place as a family and we have many lovely memories of the children when they were little on the beautiful island beaches. One day when we were there, I saw a huge family coming out of an old, ramshackle house on the beach. They were all going sailing together.
