A cynical twentysomething must confront her unconventional family’s dark secrets, resulting in her own crisis of faith. 3–How did you decide where your book was going to take place? I’m from New Jersey, and thought it was about time I set a novel in my home state. There’s lots of fun spooky things in New Jersey, it’s a great setting for a horror novel. 4–Would you hang out with your protagonist in real life? With every book I write, I learn something new about myself.
