1–What is the title of your latest release? GOTHIKANA 2–What’s the “elevator pitch” for your new book? None for GOTHIKANA. I self-published the title a while ago and Bramble acquired it. For my next however, there’s an elevator pitch. I’ll share it when the time comes. 3–How did you decide where your book was going to take place? Verenmore came to me as it was. This story couldn’t have taken place anywhere else, because the location is a character too. The woods, the mountains, the lake, the castle, everything is pivotal to the atmosphere. 4–Would you hang out with your protagonist in real life? ABSOLUTELY! Corvina has some things very similar to myself, so I feel like we’d connect beautifully. 5–What are three words that describe your protagonist? Unique, mystical, quiet. 6–What’s something you learned while writing this book? That sometimes we don’t always find the answers we want in life and learning to live with that is okay. This book was my journey of accepting that in a way. 7–Do you edit as you draft or wait until you are totally done? The latter. I’m like a horse with blinders when I’m writing…
