Book Title: THE LOVE PLOT Character Name: Star Shine Meadows   How would you describe your family or your childhood? It was kind of lonely. I grew up the only child of hippie parents who moved us around the US a lot and forgot I existed half the time, so I pretty much raised myself. They did instill me with a laidback and free-spirited attitude toward life. Plus, I was thankful they never pressured me to be anything but who I wanted to be as a kid.   What was your greatest talent? I’m a people person and I think that’s my greatest talent. I have a way of bringing people out of themselves and making them feel seen for who they really are.   Significant other? Only one? Ha! 1–What is the title of your latest release? A COSMIC KIND OF LOVE 2–What’s the “elevator pitch” for your new book? An astronaut and an event planner’s worlds romantically collide when she accidentally stumbles across the video diaries he recorded aboard the International Space Station. 3–How did you decide where your book was going to take place? I wanted to set the book in a city that was modern and fast-paced as a polar opposite to what my hero had experienced living on the ISS for five months. New York City seemed like the obvious and fun choice. 4–Would you hang out with your heroine in real life? Absolutely! There are facets of Hallie’s personalities inspired by a few of my friends. 5–What are three words that describe your hero? Smart, sexy, and honorable. 6–What’s something you learned while writing this book? I learned what life is like for astronauts aboard the International Space Station. 7–Do you edit as you draft or wait until you are totally done? Yes, I edit every chapter after I write it and then once the full draft is complete, I go back and re-edit the whole thing in its entirety before I send it…
