When writers compete to win a lucrative greeting card contract, things turn murderously ugly. 3–How did you decide where your book was going to take place? This is part of a series, so it had to take place at my fictional resort, Storyton Hall. 4–Would you hang out with your sleuth in real life? Absolutely. Jane Steward is smart, fun, and loyal. She also has access to the best food and hosts tons of fabulous literary events. 5–What are three words that describe your sleuth? Intrepid, intelligent, and loving. 6–What’s something you learned while writing this book? I learned that people who write greeting cards are often paid by the card (and not very much!) 7–Do you edit as you draft or wait until you are totally done?
