What is the title of your latest release? THE SWEETHEART CRUSH   What’s the “elevator pitch” for your new book? He made her the villain of his novel…and she’s about to read all about it. A few years ago, while driving through Indiana, I saw a sign for a “Blossom Glen” housing community and laughed, thinking that was an awesome name for a romantic small town! I love Viv because she is real – she has had failures and is working to turn them around into successes, and is finding herself along the way.   What are three words that describe your hero? Brooding but sweet and funny.   What’s something you learned while writing this book? Where the state/county/local fair treat of elephant ears came from.   Do you edit as you draft or wait until you are totally done? You know the trope: our heroine returns to her hometown and runs into the very person she wanted to avoid the most. It might be a guy she missed her chance with the first time; it might be one she now despises for one reason or another. It might even be her ex, her first love, or her ex-husband. Whoever he is, he’s not a stranger, and seeing him again hits her harder than   a body slam. There are feelings, maybe mostly bad. But uh oh—he’s just as hot as ever! 1–What is the title of your latest release? Coming Home to Seashell Harbor 2–What is it about? It’s an enemies-to-lovers second-chance romance with lots of dogs! And three best friends-for-life. 3–What do you love about the setting of your book?  I love old homes and I love the ocean, so put the two together and I’m in my happy place! 4–How did your heroine surprise you?  Success for Hadley was defined in a way that wasn’t making her happy. But she didn’t think that what she really wanted to do was in line with her definition of success. 5–Why will readers love your hero?  Tony is fun and has a heart of gold but he has a big struggle – he had an injury that prevented him from being one of the greatest footballers of all time.
