Hi! MK here! I had so much fun writing Let Me Stay. I am so ready for it to be out in the world because I can’t wait for readers to read it. Let Me Stay loosely connects with my novellas Mobbed Up Love, Don’t You Know, and Don’t You See. I love writing mobster with a heart! Thanks for having me here, Fresh Fiction! My favorite neighbor in the 425 Madison building: Gwen from Must Love Coffee by Leigh Lennon; she is totally awesome! My favorite mode of transportation around NYC: The Subway for sure!  My favorite or must-see NYC landmark: Times Square! It has that “bright lights, big city” vibe that I love! My favorite thing about “city” life: The different types of food that are pretty available 24/7! My favorite thing about being a part of the 425 Madison world: I love being a part of this series because of the writer friends I’ve gained. I also love the atmosphere 425 Madison provides. So many different kinds of stories to be told there. — COMMENT TO WIN: What’s your favorite thing about where you live? Tell us in the comments and you’ll be entered to win a…

Hi! I’m so excited to share Love by Design with you! This story has so many of my favorite things: a hunky carpenter, a heroine getting back on her feet, a heavy dose of sexual tension, and a second chance at love. Plus, magic pancakes. It’s steamy and sweet and I hope you fall for Grayson and Annika as hard as I did! My favorite neighbor in the 425 Madison building: It’s too hard to choose just one. I would have to say, Lyla Dupree from Sweet on You because I have a serious sweet tooth and she makes the best goodies. And, Bernadette Williams from Accidentally in Love, because who doesn’t want to hang out with a sassy, straight-talkin’ lady who serves whiskey in teacups? My favorite mode of transportation around NYC: My two feet. There’s so much to see and do in New York, walking around the city is the best way to absorb as much as you can. Plus, it helps work off all the fabulous food. 🙂 Otherwise, the subway, though sometimes nuts, is the most efficient way to get around and avoid the constant traffic! My favorite or must-see NYC landmark: I’m on a museum…

As my first release of 2020, Love Under Protection sets this year off with a bang for me. Fling Romance is a newer to me trope but I had a lot of fun bringing these characters to life and revisiting NYC again too. I’m excited to share will you, my TOP FIVE FAVORITE THINGS about the 425 Madison world. My favorite amenity in the 425 Madison building: First of all, can I just say that I am SO jealous of the tenants at 425 Madison? With all of the amenities that one can hope for, they seem to have it made. Hands down my favorite amenity would probably be the rooftop deck/lounge. What better of a place to escape and take on the city lights OR do a little hanging out with your favorite neighbors?  My favorite local hang out/nightspot in the 425 Madison world: When it comes to nightlife, O’Hara’s is my favorite place. O’Hara’s Pub is an actual spot located just 4 miles from the 9/11 Memorial and often frequented by – you guessed it – my beloved everyday heroes. For those that are new to me, I have a weakness for men in uniform, hence the inspiration…

I’m so excited to be back at Fresh Fiction celebrating another release! Flawless Foundations was such a fun book to write, it was a labor of love, that’s for sure. This is a tale of what happens when you fall in love with your bestie’s older brother. It features a sexy CEO and a feisty socialite. Is there a marriage of convenience or a marriage of love? You’ll have to read it to find out. In the meantime, find out my Top Five Favorite things about the 425 Madison series! My favorite amenity in the 425 Madison building: The maintenance team. In particular, the hot maintenance man who manages that team. Okay, let’s be honest here, the best amenity in the 425 Madison building is Jake Harper. 100%. Jake’s stroys unfolds in season one’s Boyfriend Maintenance but he’s is a constant fixture in season two of the series as well. My favorite local hang out/nightspot in the 425 Madison world: Blush, a cocktail lounge that Becca works at. It’s a high-end, posh and sexy. It’s been one of Becca’s favorite spots for several years. If you’re not from money or don’t love rubbing elbows with the rich and richer, you…

Happy February! Holy cows, I’m so glad we finally made it through the entire year of January–phew!  I’m KC Enders, Karin since we’re getting to know each other and all. My installment in the 425 Madison Avenue series is called Sweet on You and it’s all about finding love and returning home. I was so excited to write this story, something light and a little different from what I normally write. As it turned out, life happened and this story became one of the hardest things for me to get through. As I was just getting started, we got word that we were moving for my husband’s job, after sixteen years in the house where we raised our kids. Ooof. It was good, though. Because while we were moving to a new city, we were returning home. My husband is an engineer-like Raleigh-and he was away on assignment for almost two years. We only saw each other a couple of times a month but, it put things in perspective. If we learned nothing from this experience,  it’s that home is more than a place…it’s absolutely where the heart is. I hope you enjoy Sweet on You and maybe check out…

Being part of the second season of the 425 Madison Series has been an honor. It is the first time I’ve been involved in something like this and the experience has been wonderful! In HIS LAST RIDE we meet Cody and Payton, childhood friends, as they connect after years apart and explore if they can be more. Now to my favorites of 425 Madison. . . My Favorite local nightspot in the 425 Madison I have to agree with Allie York on Monterrey’s. It is the perfect spot for everyone from 425 Madison to unwind. Welcoming to all with food, alcohol, and music. It doesn’t get much better than that! My favorite 425 Madison neighbor is: Harley Wagner. Who doesn’t love a handsome cop that is loyal and protective?! You see it in ‘Love Under Construction’ with the fact that he opens his apartment to his friend Jamison Phoenix and again while he stands up to Olivia for how she treats his friend. Harley also shows his protective side with Payton and helps her when she least expects it. The 425 Madison favorite mode of transport: Walking, definitely. Everything, well almost everything anyway, is within a short distance of the…

A special message from Allie York, author of Just A Little More. C. Lesbirel | Author-Reader Match: SIGHTSEEING IN MANHATTAN + Giveaway!

What I Write About: I love to write contemporary romance novels which are deliciously sweet with a sprinkling of sexy. I started out writing with my best friend under the pen name, Autumn Ruby and had tons of fun creating hot military alpahas who feature in our Hot Hero series. Sightseeing in Manhattan is my first official solo publication and I had the best time writing it as I’ve revisited all my of dancing days, which gives the story and characters authenticity and keeps them relatable. About Me: I live in England, UK and I’m basically a country girl trapped in a city life but I’m making it work. By day I’m busy working but luckily I drive a lot so get to sing along to all my favourite country songs which always inspires new stories. I have two daughters who I live for and a hubby who feeds me too much salted caramel and encourages my crazy ideas more than he should, but I love him for it. Fun fact, I have a serious addiction to flamingo’s and will buy pretty much anything if it has a flamingo on it. What I’m looking for in my ideal reader match:…
